Shipping Policy
Comisun ships worldwide.
All orders are processed and fulfilled from the United Kingdom at the moment. Shipping availability, delivery times, and courier services may vary depending on destination and demand.
Pre-Orders
Certain Comisun products are offered on a pre-order basis. By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree that the item is not ready for immediate dispatch at the time of purchase.
For our first release, pre-orders will be collected during the launch period before production quantities are finalized and ordered.
Estimated pre-order fulfillment time is approximately 8–12 weeks, though this timeframe may vary due to manufacturing, production, customs processing, shipping carrier delays, or other external factors beyond our control.
Any estimated shipping or dispatch dates provided by Comisun are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
In-Stock Items
Limited quantities of certain products may be available as ready-to-ship items. These orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Shipping Times
Once dispatched, shipping times vary depending on the customer’s location and selected courier service.

Customers will receive tracking information where available.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import charges, or additional fees imposed by their local authorities or shipping providers.
Comisun is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international import procedures.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Comisun is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses supplied by the customer.
Requests to modify shipping details after an order has been placed are not guaranteed and may not be possible once processing has begun.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been dispatched and transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier and customer.
