Comisun is a brand operated under the registered business entity Complybug Limited. References to “Comisun”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Complybug Limited trading as Comisun.

- Severe weather
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking and delivery are handled by the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at checkout.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of our products, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We may offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges for:
- Incorrect items received
- Faulty or damaged products
To be eligible for consideration, items must generally be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- Returned with original tags where applicable
Additional conditions:
- Return requests must be approved before items are sent back

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once production or fulfillment has begun.

are the intellectual property of Comisun and/or Complybug Limited unless otherwise stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Comisun shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Delays outside our reasonable control
- Carrier or customs-related delivery issues
- Loss of profits, revenue, or opportunity
Our total liability relating to any product or order shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant purchase.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful.

If you choose to opt in to SMS communications from Comisun, you agree to receive marketing and transactional text messages, including:
